The audio/videos add intensity, and listening at least once per day for three weeks adds repetition. The music in the foreground gives the conscious mind something to do while the subconscious mind responds to the beats in the background. The primary focus of this course is to let the brainwave entrainment beats in the background encourage your brain to create synchronized levels of activity ideally suited for your goals with the session. You can listen and simply apply the skills you learn from the coursework on reprogramming the mind with visualizations and affirmations.
These sessions make use of spoken word for Imagery, Metaphor (Language of the Subconscious Mind) meditation music, sounds such as babbling brooks, birds, buzzing bees, and other sounds of nature to create wide-open spaces for relaxing away tension and stress. The primary focus is to learn how to use the audios to get into a comfortable state with an inward focus ideal for visualization and affirmation. You will quickly begin to automatically apply the skills you learn about the power of the mind, visualizations, and affirmations.
